Revenue built
At my own company, Expanzify Labs, starting from nothing.
Hi, I am Tanuj. Most founders I meet already have a product that works and almost nobody using it yet. Getting people in the door is the part I am good at. Search, ads, app installs, referrals, creators, whatever actually fits what you've built.
I've done this at Filo, Doubtnut and Magicpin, and grew my own company, Expanzify Labs, to ₹2 Cr in revenue.

Now
I run MarketingPal, an AI marketing studio. It makes ads, websites and SEO content for companies that need them done quickly and done well.

I'd rather show you numbers than a list of titles. Here's what moved.

Launched in Dubai and the US.
02 ·Work
Different companies, different stages, same job each time. Get more of the right people using the product.

Founder
I am building MarketingPal as a small AI marketing studio for teams that need good marketing output without turning it into a long agency process. The work is simple: ads, websites and SEO content that can actually ship fast.

Co-founder
I started Expanzify Labs with the idea of helping companies build faster. We worked with founders across websites, apps, product flows and growth systems, and grew it from zero into a real services business.

Founding team
At Filo, I worked on the growth engine from the early days. That meant building the website product, testing acquisition channels, scaling app installs, setting up referrals, working with creators and opening up new markets like Dubai and the US.

Product and search
At Doubtnut, I worked on the website and search side from scratch. The goal was to make sure students looking for answers could find us easily, land on the right page and get value quickly.

Marketing and search
At Magicpin, I worked across marketing, content and search. A lot of the work was about making local discovery easier, helping people find places around them and turning that demand into repeatable website traffic.

Product and business operations
I worked on improving internal operations and client-facing processes so the team could move faster and serve accounts better. A big part of the role was staying close to clients, understanding what they needed, improving retention, and finding natural upsell opportunities.
03 ·Services
Usually a few of these at once, depending on what you need.
Getting your site in front of people when they look for what you do, so they find you for free.
Campaigns that bring in users without losing money on every signup.
More installs, and more people who stick around after.
Getting your users and influencers to bring in more users.
Automated messages that bring people back without you doing anything.
Going into a new country without starting from scratch. I've done Dubai and the US.
04 ·Approach
I don't try everything at once. Never works.
Then I put my time there and leave the rest alone.
You shouldn't need me around forever for it to keep working.
If we can't see it move, it isn't worth doing.
It's a different problem and I treat it like one.
05 ·About

I help startups grow, mostly at the early stage where you're still figuring it out as you go.
I co-founded Expanzify Labs, was on the founding team at Filo, and ran growth inside Doubtnut and Magicpin. Right now I am building MarketingPal. Search is where I started and it's still what I am best at, but the useful part is working out the one or two things a product can actually win at, and doing those well instead of everything badly.
I am based in Gurgaon, and when I am not working I am usually reading about startups, testing tools, or building something small on the side.
